2. What data we collect
When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter: name, clinic or organization, phone, email, the products you are interested in, your message and — if you used the Product Finder — your answers.
When you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp we receive the information you share with us there.
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access to deliver the website securely. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not create user profiles.
3. Why we use your data
To answer your request, prepare a quotation and take steps before a possible contract; to provide installation, warranty and service if you buy from us; and to keep the website secure.
We process quote-request data on the basis of your consent (the checkbox in the form) and to take pre-contractual steps at your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Who receives your data
Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and processes quote-form submissions on our behalf; data may therefore be processed outside Georgia, including in the USA. Requests are forwarded to our business email.
Where necessary to prepare your offer or clarify technical questions, we may share relevant details with the manufacturer, Happersberger otopront GmbH (Germany).
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Videos from Vimeo load only after you click play. We never sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep quote requests as long as needed to handle your request. If no business relationship follows, we delete them within 3 years at the latest. Data needed for contracts, warranty and accounting is kept for the periods required by Georgian law.
6. Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you have the right to request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, to withdraw your consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
