Otopront offers a range of disinfectants for ENT practice hygiene, covering suction systems, instruments and endoscopes, and surfaces. The range comprises Aspi-Jet, Multi-Sept, Care-Wipes, Meliseptol HBV and Sekusept aktiv.

- Aspi-Jet: suction system care concentrate, 2% application
- Multi-Sept: instrument/endoscope disinfectant, 4% for 15 min (5 min ultrasonic)
- Care-Wipes: alcohol-free wipes for sensitive surfaces, 5-minute effectiveness
- Meliseptol HBV: rapid surface wipes, 1-minute effectiveness
- Sekusept aktiv: RKI-compliant endoscope disinfectant, 2% in 10 minutes
- Aldehyde- and phenol-free formulations
