How long does delivery take?
Usually 4–8 weeks from order confirmation to installation, depending on the configuration. Every Otopront system is built to order in Germany; we confirm the exact delivery date in your quotation.
What warranty do I get?
All Otopront equipment comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty from installation. Warranty service is handled locally in Georgia by our Otopront-certified engineer.
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
Our engineer responds within 48 hours on working days after you report a fault. Many issues can be solved even faster with remote help by phone or WhatsApp.
Are spare parts and consumables available?
Yes. We supply original Otopront spare parts, disposables, filters and disinfectants directly from the manufacturer and confirm availability and delivery time for each order.
Do you work outside Tbilisi?
Yes. We deliver, install, train and service equipment for clinics and hospitals all over Georgia. Visits to the regions are scheduled together with you.
Which payment options do you offer?
Payment by bank transfer against invoice. Leasing is possible through our partner banks and leasing companies — ask us and we will prepare the documents for your leasing application.
Are installation and training included?
Every system is installed and commissioned by our Otopront-certified engineer, and we train your doctors and staff on operation, hygiene and daily care. What is included is listed in your quotation.
Why are no prices shown on the website?
Otopront systems are modular and configured to each workplace, so the price depends on your configuration. Request a quote and we will usually reply within one business day.
Can I see the equipment before buying?
Yes. We can arrange a demonstration or put you in touch with a clinic in Georgia that already works with Otopront equipment.
